It is fine normally but they always always lose prescription paper so if your child hlneed special thing make sure you always come with papers for it even though they say they only ask for it every 6 months or so. I am giving them low rating because they got my son's stuff wrong when I called to tell them I had to wait till next day to get it fixed then they cancelled my card on accident and I don't have a car so I called from 320 till 4 pm when they closed to see if someone can stay ten min later because that's the only time I could get a ride and no one answered that whole time. Now when you call it says it is closed from 12-1 It is now 120pm i have been here since 1 And no one is here or answering phone! I'm am beyond angry. Now I have to wait 2 for someone to come pick me up and i have 2 two year olds.

**BEWARE**Walked in to inquire about a test that the website says is performed here. The service in NOT available yet for a few weeks and the information on the website says nothing about this. I even called first to make sure and of course, no answer. One security officer was asleep. When asked where the front desk agent was, they both looked at me for a solid 10 seconds and didn’t say anything and looked at me like I had two heads. They were very unhelpful and not welcoming in the least. Definitely a truly negative experience!!

Literally sitting inside my 3rd waiting room.. waiting again... for an hour now.. with my 4yr old twins (need a booster shot for school) No one else was in the main waiting room to be seen, aside from us. They were adamant I be here before 3pm or might forfeit one twins apt if late. So I left work early, when I really couldn't, and picked them up to come... 1 hour later... still waiting. Multiple nurses here. No other patients here. Ridiculous. Never. Coming. Again.

Very smooth check-in . Lovely receptionist and the nurse was kind and friendly!

This is hands down the most inefficient, worthless dept I have ever dealt with. 3 months for a septic tank permit. And the excuse the whole time "well we have many things to deal with, but we will call you". Prior to getting my permit, not once was I called. I was also at no point given anytime of time frame because "we have many things we do here". How these people even have jobs floors me. The only way they could possibly be more rude or inefficient is if they just didn't show up for work. You all are a complete disgrace.
