Had a nuclear stress test today, everyone from the receptionists, nurses, and technicians were very courteous, friendly, polite and professional. Made this as pleasant of an experience as possible.

I had a concussion on New Years day, due to icy conditions. The Doctor and most nurses were fantastic. They saw me right away, gave me what I needed in order to do a head CT scan and told me and my friend what needed to be done ever step of the way. The ERvdoctor was very gentle and caring. It was the Best ER experience I have had in my life. I am 62, so that says a lot. Bemidji's Hospital could take lessons!

If I could give zero stars I would they sent a family member of mine home with meds and the family member already has issues with breathing and the dr literally said thats all they could do

I have such mixed emotions about St. Joseph's hospital! I absolutely love my surgeon and the surgery team! But the ER experience is atrocious! My most recent visit to ER lasted almost 6 hours! It was 2 and a 1/2 hours before I was triaged and waited another 1 and a 1/2 hours to actually be taken back to a room. And good luck if you have billing inquiries! A huge language barrier! Very frustrating!

Everyone who I encountered was extremely polite. My PCP is amazing. Everyone was in a great mood and made my entire trip for my visit that much better. Check in was a little bit busy, but that's about normal. Checking out I was disappointed because I didn't need a follow up, I was on the second floor, one person to check out; and the lady told me to go downstairs to check out and ask for a specific person. One person, and than to get help from three separate people to find this person to check me out. If you can't handle one person; I think that's not right. But, a Starbucks coffee cheered me up!
