Apparently, for the entire county of St Lucie, there is only one person named Megan that is capable of booking an appointment. She called me once days ago but I was working and couldn't answer the phone. Since then I've called back and left multiple voicemails with no return call. Called the main number, spoke to a woman who's anxiety level was somewhere around a 9 that kept nervously talking, putting me on hold, not allowing me to speak etc. When I asked her, she confirmed only Megan, she's the only person in the entire county, that can book an appointment. I'm so surprised and disappointed by that. As if not being able to get ahold of a person via phone is bad enough, now I've been downgraded to email. Anxious lady said she is going to email M.I.A. lady about calling me 😒

My wife and I received our first Covid vaccine shot Monday 1/25/2021 in Fort Pierce. As former government employee I have to say this event was the most organized event as a government run event I have ever seen. I was so impressed I had to write this review. Thank you to all involved that made this event so stress free.

I came in without an appointment to get a birth certificate printed. They were great. Extremely fast. Very kind. Very clean building. They had books for the kids while we waited. Leticia was great

I arrived before the office of vital statistics closed. Explained that I drove 2hrs to get my child's birth certificate because it is needed and they told me because that had 1 person in front of me that they would be closed after her. This is beyond ridiculous to the public people.
