Checking in was fairly quick. The process to get my documents was also a quick experience. Friendly staff. Had to park in the parking garage but it’s right next to the facility. Cash payments required for all documents from this office

To start, I got married here and the process of doing so was easy and inexpensive. The lady that married us was wonderful and the only reason there is more than 1 star above. However, getting a copy of my marriage license was far from simple. They say to order online and wait 2-4 weeks for it be ready. When it is ready there is NO communication informing you of this and lets say it's ready right at 2 weeks. Well they only hold it for 1 week and then dispose of it, which then means you need to reapply for another license. So, there's an entire week or two where you may think your license is there but no, they didn't tell you it was ready and because you weren't there immediately (not a psychic I guess) they destroy the copy and force you to restart the process. Don't bother calling and leaving a message either, no one will call you back apparently. When asking one of the workers about it, she was very rude, which then ignited my frustrations as well. She said they are "too busy" and "too many people get married" to call people to inform them their order is ready. Interesting since I was there yesterday, and there were 4-5 workers just sitting at their desks doing NOTHING, except dropping eves on my conversation. What a waste of taxpayers money. Those that were just sitting there could be sending courtesy emails or making follow up calls. I'm disappointed in how every single employee there yesterday, was rude, aside from the Spanish speaking employee helping people at the computers.
