usually I have a decent experience here. The staff that used to be there were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the comfortability of patients. This time however was not so great. The receptionist was very rude and condescending toward me. She had an attitude every time she spoke to me. She talked about my information out loud and assumed I didn’t have insurance without even asking me any questions at all. She was rude when taking my temperature (after I had already been there 15 minutes) and even told an employee I didn’t have a mask on even though I put it on before walking in. She seemed a lot more interest helping others on the phone. It was interesting because her persona over the phone was very different from how she treated me. Maybe she was just having a bad day but it still made me very uncomfortable and anxious. Would NOT recommend any health care location in Toccoa, Georgia.
