Rude and also very unaccommodating... Since that I took their CDC recommendations for covid exposure and quarantine over the phone and followed them to the T they didn't count me as an exposure or part of their data... And because of this I am now unable to obtain a letter of quarantine from them because I am an an official count to their data... Meaning I don't meet their requirements for the letter due to the fact that I'm not in their data... I've been quarantined for almost 14 days now and I can't prove to my boss or anyone else that wants to see it that I have been quarantined because I took their advice over the phone... If you have any questions or concerns about your health or your covid issues please do not go to this place... You would be better to go to Liberal Ulysses Elkhart or even Guymon.

Front staff polite. Had an appointment to have blood drawn. When we had arrived for our scheduled appointment, we had to wait for more than half an hour for them to “set up and prepare” for the appointment. As the blood drawing process continued, the individual asked to be stuck with a smaller gage needle. When asked, the nurse stated she did not have the supplies and continued to deny medical rights. Nurse stated she had been a nurse for over a decade. The practice of medical rights should not be foreign.
