Had an appointment at 2:30 showed up at 2:15, went to the bathroom to WASH MY HANDS and they said I couldn’t be seen because they called me. I waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Such a bad experience. Waited for an hour to be seen and I was the inly one in the office and had an appointment. It has been 3 weeks and I still have yet to get test results back. When I call they tranfer me to leave a voicemail. I have left many messages. The people answering the phone are always so rude. Avoid it if you can.

Went there and was closed for construction with no other option. Online said open maybe someone could make the updated information match what we can see so u dont waste peoples entire days. Im sure u don't care about that being a government building and all. But very unprofessional. Thank you for nothing. 🗑
