Horrible service. Super long wait times. Child support will have you on hold for hours and still no help! Paperwork takes forever to go through because the workers are to busy on their personal cell phones, laurel state service center is the worst for cell phone use! I'd give them a half a star if I could.

I don’t believe I’ve ever left a review anywhere before if I have it was once ever but I cannot believe how I was treated over the phone! I was polite and respectful and I was treated like dirt! The lady hung up on me TWICE after ignoring me and interrupting me countless times. After I got tired of the disrespect, I asked for her name which she did not give or if I could speak to someone else to which she said “no” and hung up again!!! I had no help and was disrespected on top of that even though I was nothing but kind and respectful the entire time!

Even if you're planning on doing a simple as a task as dropping off forms for someone they will require you to wait in a crowded room with many individuals who are sickly and shouldn't be waiting with others in the first place. There has got to be a better way... The state of Delaware really needs to come and look at how this facility is operating and streamline things better. This is unacceptable. The staff is friendly but their system is completely screwed.

I had my doctor send medical info a month in advance to prevent my case from closing. My doctor faxes the letter on 12/12 they put it in my files but NEVER reviewed it processed it properly and because the lack confidence in that building my case i closed all because they didn't do THERE JOB It took roughly a hour and some time to get someone on the phone like what kinda racket scheme is going on inside that building there are plenty of people who would DO THERE JOB MORE EFFICIENTLY HIRE BETTER DELAWARE
