Never get a call back, ever. I ended up getting my son's vaccine records via a phone call and an email. Having the person on the phone doubt that I filled out the paperwork to begin with was nice touch too...time sensitive issue and I'm disabled with a single car, would've been nice if they called back when I was told Glennville would OR if there was a direct line instead of a messaging system.
