WENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE NOT ONLY ONCE BUT TWICE, ALSO WHILE AT THE WRONG HOUSE. TEST WAS TAKEN FROM THE HOSE. WHEN I CHASED HIM DOWN A PRIVATE ROAD TO TELL HIM HE WAS AT THE WRONG ADDRESS, HE CAME TO MY ADDRESS, DROPPED THE LID TO THE TEST BOTTLE ON THE GROUND AND SEALED UP MY WATER TEST WITH IT. WHEN I ASKED HIM, DON'T YOU HAVE THE ADDRESS YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO TEST WITH YOU ? HE TOLD ME NO. NOW I'M TRYING TO SELL MY PROPERTY, AND CLOSEING SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE 9 th AND HAS TO BE PUT OFF ANOTHER WEEK OR LONGER. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
