I originally had a great experience with the Tifton Health Department. Very friendly staff and an informative appointment. I was scheduled to have an IUD, then they call me 20 minutes before my appointment (mind you I live 40 minutes away so I already am halfway there) and they tell me that I was scheduled under the wrong nurse and needed to be rescheduled for another day. I wouldn’t have been a big deal but when I originally made my appointment I made it clear to them that this was time sensitive and I needed it done before a certain date because I was leaving for college, 4 hours away. I think what makes me the angriest is that I was 20 minutes away and that’s when I received a call. Extremely upsetting. Accidents and mistakes happen but that doesn’t fix that fact that it happened and it was very important to me to get this done. Super disappointing.

I went to receive my Covid Vaccine shot last Friday and the the staff there were excellent. Very professional, nice and sweet. They kept everything clean. I don't know if it's like that all the time but last Friday on Jan 8th you ladies rocked! Thank you!
