HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF !!! staff was rude. Please do not visit this clinic to get an IUD PLACED.

Unprofessional & rude; would not let mother go back with 16 yo daughter to have an IUD placed; once the patient was back there- they brought a student into the room for the procedure- which made the patient uncomfortable; but because the patient was alone/without a parent- they didn't know that they had the right to say not to this. Traumatizing for the patient.
