This company does not answer their phones. I have been calling for hours and have not had anyone answer to asset me for what I need. It's sad to have a heath department that sucks

Explain to me how black mold in our apartment is not a worry? Especially when we have a baby and 2 kids! All under age 10. We are tenants. We have a right to safe homes away from health risks. When we call MULTIPLE times and then get a call back a day later just to be told “the toxic black mold can’t grow out here and the leaks are just condensation” WE HAVE PUDDLES!!! On our windowsills where if we don’t wipe it up everyday it starts spilling on our carpet and our wall literally fell in from the water damage and mold. But please continue not taking families seriously and letting all tenants down. You also can not guarantee it is not the toxic mold if you don’t even offer to come check or ask for photos to send to you to investigate before shrugging is off. Our landlords let us down and then you did. Thank you.
