Judge Wilgus is part of the good ole boy network. During probate he said that an executor and an attorney fee was required by law even tho the decedent wished for his estate to go to his grandchildren. For a judge he should know that’s not true. A fee schedule CAN be used by law, but it is not required. Just because you CAN do something doesn’t mean you SHOULD. So instead of giving the estate to the grandchildren, the attorney got half and so did the executor. The grandchildren got just under 16$. Shame, shame, shame!!!
