The website says they do TB testing. However, he website didn't list the fee it just said they have a fee. I called 2 times with about 15 minutes in between and no answer. I decided to go anyway even with the low reviews. I showed up and they did not appear busy. I was told by the greeter to wait for a woman and that the website isn't up to date. Someone needs to uodate it clearly and they know this. He also says that he thinks they only read tb test results at the moment. The woman comes back and she said we don't do tb testing right now. Colossal waste of my time and energy.

To whom this may concern, The lady at the information desk when you first walk into the building didn't even try to help with getting immunizations records for a parent to get the child ready for school. According to her the school should have it. But the school cannot have a childs record if this is their first time in school. However she claimed her being on the phone with another person she was the only person and she couldn't help us get a record from there and we would have to call and make an appointment. I'm not understanding that concept of scheduling appointment for something that doesn't get done at the place which the shots were given. WCHD please address you employee what their job is entitled of and if they have no understanding where they can access assistance for help on an area they are not sure of.
