After calling the number on the door in regards to Covid testing, the woman on the phone couldn’t find any appts and advised I go into the building and speak with someone. I walked into the building and told the lady at the desk I spoke to someone on the phone and she couldn’t find an appt and advised me to come in. The woman behind the counter asked in a loud voice “you think you have Covid?! Get out!” And jumped out of her chair, screaming at me to leave and began spraying Lysol everywhere behind her counter. I’m pregnant and almost lost my last baby to Covid due to hemorrhaging so I was already anxious. This woman’s erratic behavior and lack of compassion along with the scene she was causing scared me so badly I was visibly shaken. In the parking lot I ran into a nurse who was able to grab me an at home test. I am so grateful for the angel in the parking lot, thank you!

People were friendly, but no one used anything to sanitize their hands when they didn't wear gloves. Touching a drink container, computer, other people, doors. I can under not using gloves when drawing blood, but not using any form of cleaning on their hands, or on the arm of the person? The only person that did things properly was the person that did the "exam". She waited until exam time, then put on gloves. Other 2 women had no gloves & no cleaning of their hands. Another woman in the room to assist with the exam, gloves yes; but touched everything including another person with same gloves. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because everyone was friendly, & the 1 person did things properly.
