Appt scheduled at 8:20a confirmed the Thursday before via text. Arrived early to respect their time, only to find out they wouldn’t even be there until 9:30a. After several phone calls to LR, I received a call from the administrator essentially saying it was my fault that I didn’t get any voicemails or calls to reschedule. There is definitely an issue with this department and their definition of quality work.
