    Their website says they are open yet they are closed!! I don't know how on EARTH government officials think they can just get a random day off every 1st and 3rd Thursday of every single month! Tax payers should know this!!! Edit: Now they don't even do same day services hahaha what a joke

    Very rude , I’ve been calling to get my child a birth certificate this man keep answering the phone and told me they won’t be open until Monday last week … it wasn’t even a holiday I spoke with this lady asking just to simply schedule an appointment I don’t understand why you guys make things hard now in days people just want to come in and out just to simply handle their business why do you guys make it hard for people ? And why is it hard just to simply schedule an appointment . You guys need to talk to your people that answer the phone …. And that explain things they are a bit rude

    After reading reviews I was nervous about how my experience would be getting a birth certificate here. However, to my surprise it was very easy. The staff acted very friendly and patient. I showed up a few hours after opening, and the wait was not too bad. They print the certificate for you and you're on your way. I'd say entire process took about 20 to 30 minutes.
