Child support office answered phone as if half asleep. I expected a little more politeness. I was very courteous. After issue resolved I said, “Thank you so much.” They did not reply and just hung up.

I called the number on the website because it said I couldn’t pay my ticket online. The woman that answered the phone treated me like I was stupid. She falsely informed me that because I’m not yet 25, I have to appear in court and then refused to tell me how much it would cost after I asked her twice. (Court and the class I’ll have to take are not cheap and it was already a struggle to get enough money to pay the ticket, alone). She cut me off mid-question and asked if I had anymore questions and when I asked, “I can’t pay it in advance?” She blatantly told me, “no.” Then proceeded to hang up on me. She was very rude and seriously lacked any form of manners. I will be going in there on Friday.

The clerk who helped me on the phone to figure out my son's speeding ticket was a gem. The sheriff at the door was pleasant. The woman who was helping direct traffic court to the room, wonderful. The judge may have been the most efficient person I have ever seen and he was very kind. I think some of the room # on the communication need to updated but the people who work at the courthouse were very nice and professional. 10/10 hope we never have to go back though. LOL!
