I had to go fill out some paperwork and everyone was so helpfull showing me around and even walking me to the correct office. Such friendly and helpfull people! I had an issue with not finding my case number and the County Clerk Liz Pirkle was amazing. As soon as I reached out to her she immediately got back with me, helped me out and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me out! Any paperwork in Waller County has definitely stopped being so intimidating due to the wonderful team that works here.

Instead of letting us know the office was closed they just directed us to it knowing it was closed instead of saying so and the website says it's open as well as the when you call to ask but get there and is closed

The brand new court house is very beautiful. But that solid glass window between you and the clerk is just a sad sign of the times we are in.

Pretty sad you have four windows and only two clerks and seven people standing in line.Waiting to be waited on! And the other people that usually can't wait on are just looking up at you and then turning back to what they were doing. Pretty sad was hoping the new boss would be better at doing things than the old boss. Just want to let people know. This is the hempstead office, not the Waller office. Waller office is totally opposite. Very nice people very much wanting to help. Then, get you out quickly. There's two windows at the waller office, and there's two people manning the two windows. What a concept!
