I ordered a replacement birth certificate, OVERNIGHT because I needed it for something extremely important. Upon getting the new certificate, my name was spelled wrong and so was my fathers name. The woman Sandra told me that the state of Ohio has that spelling. But on my original certificate which I STILL have, everything is spelled correctly. It is even spelled correctly on the vital chek receipt. So I know for sure that they wouldn’t have a misspelling after 23 years of having my information. When she told me they got it corrected, she then told me that she’s not able to overnight it. But yet that’s what I paid for with my original certificate that THEY messed up. So when I asked for a refund or how to go about it she told me she didn’t work on my birth certificate so I’d have to write a letter in order to get my refund. How do YOU NOT PROOF READ A BIRTH CERTIFICATE BEFORE ITS SENT OUT. (Note that Another lady told me it’s them that type names out. Take responsibility).

The Washington County Health Department has done a wonderful job with the Covid Vaccine distribution. The appointment website is easy, the staff and volunteers at the site are friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. They are much appreciated in a time when life is stressful.

Came in for a couple vaccinations and had just a delightful experience. Everyone was so warm and friendly and my nurse did an excellent job…. Hardly felt a thing! The office was decorated for Fall and everyone seemed so happy. Just wanted to share what a great experience I had!

Called two different times related to vaccines for my grandmother. The first lady I spoke with last week was very nice and told me they administer the new Fall COVID Vaccine as well as the RSV Vaccine and told me they bill Medicare and whatever they don't pay they just write off so I thought all was fine and informed my grandmother she could get both there. Called back today to see if she needed an appointment or could walk in. Got a different lady who was very rude and she told me they only administer the Fall COVID Vaccine for the uninsured and that they didn't even carry the RSV Vaccine. Getting totally mixed signals from two different people so I don't know what to believe. All I can say is she'll be taking her business elsewhere. My advice for this agency is to hire people who know what they are talking about! Totally unprofessional in every way!
