They don't answer their phones and they didn't get my Covid test back after 6 days when they tell you 3 to 5 days.

I talked to a Guy working there I told them that a gas station on nowata called your convenience sells expired food which is expired 3 yrs ago. The guy working at this health department said IT'S OK TO SELL EXPIRED STUFF this was his words. he said EXPIRED DOES NOT MEAN THE FOOD IS BAD IT JUST MEANS THE SHELF LIFE IS OVER. Really this is what they says when you complaint. I told him they sell rotten vegetables he said does it have fungus on them. What type of question was that. rotten means bad and yes that grocery store does sells fangus vegetable and breads too. Please carefull buy from this nowata gas station as Health department does not seems interested to the complain as the they talked. That guy just said he will go and see it. Even after that week this people still carry expired and fungus food. In short Health dept in Bartlesville is not doing there job.

Never had any issues here. Wait time isn't that bad. Call ahead, ask questions to make sure you have the documents you need for whatever you do. Everytime I've went someone was mad/wasting time because they didn't bring the correct documents or whatever they needed to bring or do. Irritating

Nice place. Friendly staff. I was there early and only two other people were there but I think the building, however nice it may be does not provide adequate privacy for check in if it were to be crowded. The nurse I spoke with was fantastic and I thank them for the work they do in the community. If your not vaccinated, do these hard working health care professionals a great favor and get vaccinated.
