Big, nice space, taken care of, and clean, just don't really like courthouses.

Tried to use there "website" if you can call it that, to get info on a case. Not one tab would link me to a case or a email to help. Clicked on a page and got the ol page not operational at this time. Although if you want to pay your taxes, that tab works just fine.

I called on behalf of Edison Research and was screamed at by a young lady named Courtney Robinson for contacting her boss? I had 2 simple questions and was answered with a mix of screaming and then calmness, quite odd. I never raised my voice once at her( she was trying to get me angry) but was baffled by her behavior it felt as if she was preforming for people around her. I reported the interaction to my boss who took it from there. I understand there is sometimes just one rotten egg in the mix but this was exceptionally unprofessional.
