Coming from Louisville were you had to wait hours in line sometimes only to get to the clerk and be treated as a number to HERE being greeted when I walk in with a smile and a Hello! I’ve never received ruder service in my life! Called to renew my tags got that accomplished but I didn’t deserve any of the attitude i received. The call didn’t end with a “thank you goodbye have a nice day” I got “that will be mailed to you” click. I had other questions. It’s easier to call and talk to someone then spend an hour searching for the answer. Your decorum needs work ladies.
