Make an appointment over the phone even tho their website didn’t say you needed to. How can you not let people in for something they legally have to have (birth certificate) and be rude when you call from outside the building? Any excuse not to work I guess. Save yourself lots of trouble and go to Buffalo

My in-laws tested positive for CoVid on Monday. A nurse said they would call as soon as they could to answer any questions and give instructions on what to do. Heard nothing for FIVE DAYS. So we called, and the nurse who answered word for word said in a very hateful tone “We will call when we call.” For 5 days, no instructions on whether to quarantine or isolate, nothing about tracing who my in laws had been around or been exposed to and if those people should isolate and for how long? The negligence of Webster county Health depot and it’s nursing staff are part of the reason why this country cannot get a handle on Covid. My father in law has severe underlying health conditions and is immunocompromised. He could very well end up dead from CoVid and with no health from these bad apple “frontline workers” that is blood on their hands. Whether these nurses think CoVid is a big deal or not need to be doing their job correctly!

Well I called on a Monday to see about my covid booster. They gave me their hours of operation so I went in the next day. They were closed for training. Was not posted on the website that I could see. So anyhow went back the following Tuesday to try again. They stopped giving shots at 11. Again could not find this information on the website. Drove 24 miles both times for nothing. Guess I'll try again next week. Grrrr.
