Front office lady kellie or whatever was very rude on the phone, I accidentally had gotten a super super important doctors appointment scheduled at the same time as my first probation appointment and I had gotten the days switched up thinking I was calling her on Tuesday so I told her I had it tomorrow but I was calling on Monday 2 days before the appointment and now she won’t let me reschedule because she thinks I’m lying first she told me appointment was at 10:30am it’s not it was at 1:30pm I asked if I could come earlier or later that day and she threatened to send me to jail for going to a doctors appointment which could save my life
