When I came there the dark skinned black ladies with braids had such a horrible attitude when i got there she did not acknowledge me until minutes later . I came there to get my daughters birth certificate when she told me to look at it to make sure it’s correct made me believe that if it wasn’t that she would change it . She told me that I need to send it to Baltimore to get it fixed . Since she put the wrong age of my boyfriend on the certificate I asked her to change it she would not do it at all , which made me upset . This is my first time using you guys services and I am not pleased .

I visitors with my daughter who is a young first time mother .. we had some issues with my grandbaby birth certificate and had legitimate questions on how to move forward because the letter sent wasn’t clear. The front desk person was extremely rude. Not even acknowledging us at the window for some time. The. Once she did she was extremely rude and condescending shaking her head at our questions and saying everything in her demeanor and body language except the word dummies.. rolling her eyes and breathing hard. Just rude. .. We remained calm and just walked away with every intention to call the supervisor… TODAY!!
