Waisting my money twice for them to not do their job. Nor can they answer the phone. Like ever. Good luck if you need anything from them. Will take weeks on weeks. Even for a simple phone call.

By the time they get your Covid tests results back to you, you've already recovered and been cleared back to work (According to CDC guidelines for recovery). So their test facilities are 100% useless. I tested negative once on a two day cold. Forced to miss two weeks of work, pay, family, and a care taking obligation for a needy friend. All because of their inefficiency. *Edit: I forgot to mention that you should not expect to see your results in the 4-10 days they promise. I did and was let down. Also the contact tracing is a sham, for by the time they get your results and get to tracing, it's already too late. It will already have had the time and chance to pass through your contacts to third party contacts (and possibly forth party). Do the math. Useless.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. They harassed me for WEEKS with 7-8 calls PER DAY (and I answered each time and talked to people EACH time). Someone exposed us to COVID and so they decided to call me even though we’ve all tested negative and are out of quarantine. I’ve asked SO MANY TIMES to be taken off the calling list. I’ve even begged for a supervisor to call me to ensure this. Each time, I’ve been told I would be taken off the list. Nope, they’ll just call me back 5 min later to talk again. Lol! I’m going to have to file harassment charges if this doesn’t stop.

10/10 do not recommend asking them for assistance, they give you every DEI answer from the handbook and tell you you’ll have to file a civil suit. What a waste of tax payer dollars. Do your jobs and stop using codes that are so open ended that the only people they help are the ones breaking them. Todd Marshall did nothing to help, Tasha Reddic did nothing to help. Stay away, just handle it yourself.

🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 is an understatement. My neighbor is a hoarder. The house should have been condemned years ago. For 8 years WCHD has literally done nothing about the situation. When you call, no one answers and you cant leave a message. Please tell me why I pay taxes for no benefits what so ever. Situations like this force people to move because the WCHD doesn't do their job.
