Very helpful. Easy to deal with. Weird screaming lady outside was not their fault.

Inside is really very beautiful. Helpful staff. Got a death certificate back to me in records time in spite of closures.

Great experience with the Clerk's office. We were helped by both the city clerk, Lindsey Higgins and the clerk of committees Gordon Vincent.

Town solicitor (Ellen Callahan Doucette) is a vile, uneducated, disgusting woman. Her contempt of the public is reprehensible. Serious deep retraining or immediate dismissal is called for.

I went to the USPS to change my address. The city of Medford received the news of the change and sent me the car tax, correctly, but Woburn continued to send the previous year's charge to the old address. I only received the last collection letter at the new address 6 months later. How come Medford sent me the 2025 charge in December, but Woburn kept December, January, February, March, April, May and only sent the last charge in June to the correct address? Woburn, like Medford, received the information about the change of address but did not change it, and for this absurd error I paid a high price!
