These guys permanently messed my tooth up, they accidentally drilled a hole in the tooth behind the one they were working on & they improperly sealed the cavity leading to a worse cavity. I would not go to this dental clinic again for a simple tooth cleaning, there is a reason none of their workers get their teeth worked at there. I mean what kind of dentist says “I can’t wait for today to be over” at 9am while they’ve got sharp tools in your mouth ? Unprofessional & unqualified.

Friendly people, but hard to get an appointment in denist! Ladies at reception are helpful.

I had some dealings with them over a decade ago for vaccinations and tetanus shots. They were great, fast, and cheaper than what the hospital or my doctored offered. In November 2025, I contacted them again and spoke with Erica, from reception, who was fast, helpful, efficient and very friendly. I will seek them out again for certain services.

You call and call and call and it takes them forever to answer the phone. I had to reschedule my appointments in March. I always called the day before and I called back today to see if I can get in and they told me I can only do same day appointments for now on bc the ones that I called to reschedule were marked as missed.

Having a tooth problem which I haven't had for a long time. Called the Wood County Health Department for my first time and the receptionist Brenda was absolutely wonderful. She answered my questions quickly was sympathetic & able to inform me regarding some of the clinics that could possibly help me because I am a first patient since I'm not able to get an appointment as soon as I had hoped at the health department. I feel this was a positive experience for my first time in calling. Thank you Brenda!
