If I could give zero stars, I would. I commuted to Woodson County Treasurers Office to pay my annual tags 68 miles roughly. Per the website it discloses that they are open until 5PM. I arrived at 4:28 roughly and found a note posted on the door with office hours that differed and a come in we are open sign. The door was locked so I knocked several times, no response. Then, I circulated the building to make an attempt to speak with other office personnel to see if any of them could be of assistance. No one was willing to assist me in the matter. As I was leaving I passed by the Treasurers office again and noticed an individual still there, so I knocked again. This time they answered the door and their excuse was they closed their drawer. Don't know why a check was not considered to be held until the following day as a form of payment. What a joke.
