Contradicting information and people who deliver it. It should not take the same person in the tax collectors office over two years to actually do their hired government job - absolutely unacceptable Please be leary when bills and money are involved because I now have personally have experienced lies on more than one occasion to cover actions (or lack thereof.) Saying people within this office are unprofessional is an understatement Would like to add that I am not the only person who owns property in Woodstock experiencing unprofessionalism and untimely handling of "issues" within this town hall. People who cannot operate with professionalism, should not work in the public, especially a government job that serves the public (who contribute directly to their employment with taxes we pay the town.) I am truthfully regretting my decision to purchase property in Woodstock the more I am putting together and learning about the type of people that hold positions of power in this town.

Very friendly and helpful people. I had made a mistake on one of the forms for a building permit and Paul was super helpful. He educated me on the process and got me in the right direction.
