Wright County Human Services is one of the many great parts about our government here in Wright County. I have never had an issue with getting the help I needed from them. Like most government departments paper work and deadlines are always a process and I have found that Wright County Human Services does an amazing job at doing there best to get all things done in a timely manner. Thanks for all your assistance through out the years.

The absolute worst county to be in. My son has a disability and has been needing help navigating through the new insurance stuff since they cut u care. They give conflicting information, they don’t assign just one person to your case so when calling back u get a slew of different people with different info, they refused to send a SMRT referral or even provide it as an option until I got the ombudsman involved! They are useless and rude!

Wright county CPS is the worse. I got them on systemic failure. One of their unlicensed workers was shadowing the investigating worker's. Doing things behind our back minus any court order. This place does not help you or your children. It's all about financial gain. Our case was permanency when I had full custody of my daughters. Do not trust these people for their so called "help." This is an agency that needs and will face their accountability.

I am appalled by the treatment I received from this office. The staff member I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly hung up on me. I was given conflicting information, and there was a complete lack of professionalism or accountability. This is not how anyone should be treated when reaching out for help, especially from a government office funded by taxpayers. I expect better, and I strongly urge the supervisor to address this behavior immediately. No one should have to deal with such blatant disrespect while seeking assistance. LeighAnn needs a good talking to on how to treat the public
