Went there to try to get a replacement beach sticker because I can’t remember where I put the initial one. The lady at the desk had an attitude and unwilling to help. She required me to have my registration card but I didn’t have it at the time. I tried to pull out an email with online prove of purchase but she didn’t even want to bother to look and insisted the only way to look up is the registration card. No customer service at all and acted like everyone owes her, this miserable lady needs to retire or get a life! Yarmouth Town Hall, please find a nicer person!

1 Star because Zero Stars wasn't available...Tell your mechanic to hold a bay for you, you'll need it after your car gets damaged from driving through Yarmouth, Ma. Cheap and untrained Road crews don't know how to pave a road, or how to fill a pot hole, pipes visible and sticking up through pot holes. That's the cheap labor paid for with resident's taxes. Flooded South side beach parking lots, angry drivers because of having to drive 5 miles per hour the whole stretch of 28 through Yarmouth. Save your money, time and aggrevation, pass on Yarmouth for the next few years while this nonsense continues.

Prepare to be treated horribly by town hall employees who clearly hate their job. I tried to register a new business and was treated like absolute trash both times I had to go in by the woman at the permits window (old, tall brunette) both times she looked at me and made me wait 10-15 minutes before she finally rolled her eyes and asked if I needed help. She demanded to know my business name, address, what it was, what I was going to do with it and then said I wouldn’t be approved. She made me give her 2 forms of ID, and my EIN paperwork. She gave the form to fill out and told me what to do. When it was approved for I asked what I needed when I came to pick it up and was told nothing except the fee. I went in and was told I needed the paperwork again, I said I gave it to you already, she said she threw it out because she figured I’d get denied. This town claims they’re friendly to small businesses, they absolutely are not!! The employees are absolutely miserable and think they’re better than the tax payers that pay their salaries. Sadly, I’m a Yarmouth town employee and I’m disgusted by this town.

Efficiently managed for Yarmouth residents. Recycle sticker. Still $30 RE recycle your ton of plastic and glass, metal. Just drop off recycleables so everyone helps produce less plastic..
