Excellent attention, waiting room, the attention is fast, for every adult visit is paid $ 25 whatever the amount of vaccines and per child $ 10 only cash if you have any document or receipt where it appears that your residence is in Yuma, if you do not have that I think it is another price, they will give you a receipt for payment. you must take the doctor's order for the vaccines and / or the vaccine record, if you do not have that, your private doctor must send an order to the laboratory that is not this place, where they will do an exam to know which vaccines You have received in your life, I still recommend calling before going and asking about any matter related to your requirement.

Vital Records. Apparently so vital they won’t let you get them. Mom died 2018, dad died last month. I need mom’s original death cert. to do stuff, like cancel her credit card that dad was on. They said I can only get it with my original birth certificate, not a certified copy, the original. What guy, on this planet has his original birth certificate.
