Do yourself a favor and just go to Knoxville. Any time I've needed to contact this place, the person we talk to is hateful and unhelpful. It's been that way as long as I can remember. They told us that they couldn't get me in for some shots for a month, yet when we drive by, there are only 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot. Then, they tried to argue with us over one of the shots ordered by my vascular surgeon. If you hate your job so much that you need to be hateful, then why not find a job where you don't deal with people? If you don't know something, you'll get a lot more respect by just admitting it.

The thing that confuses me the most is when they have told me over the phone that if you come in for a dental emergency, it is a Walk in am in my mind and how I have been taught. Walk in means no appointment necessary. So why is it that I call to make sure that my husband can walk in for his broken tooth? Where the root is showing and he is in so much pain. It is a dental emergency and this is what I was told that he can walk in to the clinic and be seen but. I was also told we don't have any walk in available openings. You'll have to call next week if it's a walk in Why is it necessary that I make an appointment? I would really like someone to answer that question for me. The difference in a walk in and an appointment.

Absolute disaster! Don't schedule an appointment with these people unless you clear your entire day and have nothing better to do with your life than sit and wait. There's no sense of urgency and the incompetence of these people is astounding and infuriating.

Absolutely the most horrendous experience that I have ever had in a public service office. New employees in the front that give out birth and death certificates need to be trained. Not only did she act absolutely condescending to me but laughed that I was upset. Need new employees. Someone with compassion and customer service skills. Ridiculous. Happened today so not sure of the "lady's" name but she is definitely in the wrong line of work.
