Amazing building and history. The guards were so nice!!! But the lady that does the passports, I have NEVER met such a miserable, rude, and unkind person in my life. We get there, and she says we need a money order. Doesn’t tell us how to get one, where to get one, or even what it is. Then proceeds to tell us we need to go ahead and go because we weren’t prepared and she “has an appointment at 1, and you won’t be able to do that. You’ll have to come back another time” …….THE 1°Clock client was WAS US! We try to explain that we will need to go grab a money order and she was like well yet again, “I have an appointment at 1” I have NEVER in my life met such a miserable person. NEVER AGAIN! If you need your passport done go somewhere else because you will just leave in a ball of anger just like we did.

I went to get my baby passport and the lady is working on the passport office. Her attitude was not nice 👍, u have not idea how peoples with a bad bad mood can be working on this type of office, I will say if she don’t like her job or what she do, she should quick! She was in the phone 📱, when she was attending us,! I had the application ready to process, pictures, and money order, and even we were ready she got mad just cause we were 19 minuts late, we apologized, but didn’t help. I expected better service.”
