Went to get a copy of my birth certificate. The older lady with very short dark hair was informative yet rude mannered when asking if every single person who came in had filled a paper out before getting a ticket. No one else in the office asked that same question. Idk if the lady was tired of being the only person who was asking and having no help from her co workers...I understand filling the form out b4 grabbing a ticket but the rudeness in public jobs needs to end. Be approachable, be kind, and be the person you're required to be when taking on a job for the public. Stop being rude, judgmental, and hateful. That's all, thank u.

I came to the Anderson Health dept to try and get my sister's birth certificate, but was not able to get it which was fine. We thought that we had to get it in the city she was born in but that was not the case so it was really no big deal. What was a big deal was the young lady sitting at the first window.. Absolutely horrible customer service, she never looked up from her cell phone except to roll her eyes.. Thankfully the lady at the 3rd window senced her attitude ( bless her heart for having to deal with her on a daily basis) and attempted to assist me Seriously this young girl is a waste of tax payer dollars, and DOES NOT need to work with the public. This is coming from someone who works with HR on the daily!!

Needed information on a birth certificate Went in office which says clearly on the door and website they close at 500 at 445. As I stepped in the door the two woman behind the counter said we are closed and can't help you. I told them I just drove all the way from Pelzer and just had some questions and the one lady said very rudely its a process and it's too late to help you today. There was no one else in the office but me and there was 2 of them, and one looked like she was on her phone. These people are very rude and need to learn to do the job they are getting paid for.
