What in the hell..? You’ve got 5 booths and ONLY 2 PEOPLE working them. Insanity. I counted 26 people waiting in there with me and I was here for so long that I missed my job opportunity/interview that I had scheduled for 5 HOURS later. Do better for the community, seriously. We work hard jobs, we have kids, we have our own shit to deal with and here we sit waiting and waiting. And I’m CERTAINLY not the only one complaining in here.

(3 years ago) Staff helpful with the directions. Went in to get a special shot for me and then now today I still have the infection from three years ago because apparently they only GAVE ME ONE SHOT INSTEAD OF THE CORRECT AMOUNT I NEEDED! Can’t trust them with my health issues or anything! I’d rather be going to my doctor who is more trusting and reliable! NOT COMING HERE ANYMORE! And fyi most of the staff was rude and a little judgmental!

The office for vital records ran very smoothly today. I needed a certified birth certificate, and they helped me very nicely. I had to take a number at window 2, then I just waited until someone called my number to come to one of five windows. You can find the necessary request pages in the lobby for you to fill out, but I printed mine at home, hoping to save a bit of time.

Really good, fast, and quality service. Die to my work schedule I wasn’t able to get here until 4:45 and they close at 5. I pulled a number and they were able to take my forms for my son’s immunization transfer. They called when it was ready and again, a seamless process !!

Today they were short-staffed, so I couldn't get my immunizations. A courteous man helped me make an appointment for another day.
