Went today to get a birth certificate. Amy @ window 4 was so pleasant & helpful. They were having issues with the computer & she went out of her way to call me once it was fixed. I was in & out in no time. Thank you Amy, I hope to see you again!!!

Horrible wait times if you're not there right as doors open, and by then there's already a line that's formed of people who know how slow this place is. Called ahead of time to see what information I need to bring, woman who answered the phone just kept saying $17 each time I tried to ask a question like my call inconvenienced her entire day. 5 stars to the lady who did help me though. She was the only helpful person there, everyone else needs to be fired. Building is is way too small, place is often packed to the brim

This place has the rudest employees ive ever seen anywhere. Avoid this place if you can. I've cancelled my appointments and will never go here again. These lazy employees that behave like entitled brats need to get fired

They pick and choose when they want to help customers!! No where does it say the stop taking people at a certain time only that they close at 5! At 4:40 was turned away due to there being 4 people waiting. Funny how the can make their own rules

It was so bad it was funny. Got there an hour after opening to a full waiting room with people standing along the wall. The check in kiosk wasnt print tickets and apparently people were cutting the line because of it. Two of the workers were trying to fix the entrance door with tape and zip ties instead of being able to assist the people in line. After 35min they had only called one person up so we gave up and left.
