It's pretty pathetic that your probate clerk told us to go to dmv knowingly the person passed away .. telling us to switch a title ..then when I told her the dmv wouldn't switch a title she tells us we should have gone to another dmv. Pathetic. Also some of these probate clerks act like they're lawyers it's sad when they start laughing at you after you are dealing with grief along with cruel family members. Very bias. Then everytime you call they give you a different answer. Glad I do not live in this county

The tall, thin, older, grey haired man that works downstairs in probate needs to learn some customer service skills. I didn’t catch his name because he handed off the paper and work to his lady coworker but he then tried to giggle with her about the condition of the paper? Because it had a few wrinkles in it? She didn’t seem too entertained. & He is much too old to act so childish in front of customers.
