Very quick in and out, streamlined processes, and friendly staff. I removed 1 dtar because I ordered my birth certificate through GoCertificates online which was advertised as 5-7 days, 10 days go by and I still didn't receive my certificate. I called the office and they said they weren't processing it yet, they don't process those online requests until 24-48 hours after they receive the order and then a few days for shipping. I ordered the certificate on 2/28 and just got it on 3/20. If you need it within a month, just go in person, I was in and out in 10 minutes.

One lady was very pleasant! The other came off with an attitude. All she was doing was looking at her phone and talking rudely.

They could hire some more people to work because 2 people at the place to get birth certificates. Was crazy yesterday. We didn't have to wait but maybe 45 minutes. They get them done and printed out quickly. It's just the wait. Wouldn't be like that if they would hire more people!!
