Went here for a typical std screening. Although the website was lacking in details for std panels, when I called and made an appointment the rest was very easy. The doctor was very kind and way more patient than your typical doctors visit. He took time to answer all my questions and walked me through the process. Can’t say enough good things! Thanks

This is my favorite doctors office in Boone! They are so friendly and kind and give the most efficient help and car to their patients. I have gone to other doctors offices and have been given such terrible treatment with long waits, well not here. I have gone here for years and they are always very quick and thorough! Thank you guys! I am happy to use this place for my prenatal appointments now!

I started bringing my children here for their vaccines and this is the best experience I’ve had thus far. From going to blue ridge pediatrics to a family doctor to coming here, I will not take them anywhere else to get a shot. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful and their care to my children really put me at ease. Getting shots is hard for the mommas too! The whole experience was just comfortable, fast and easy. The nurse even came out to the lobby after the shots were done to check on my girls and ask how they were feeling. It was just a wonderful experience especially for something that is usually not a fun situation. Thank you to everyone!!

I've had a great experience with Inspector Albert and Jennifer at the environmental health office. They've always responded to my emails/questions promptly, and have been very helpful. During the septic perc test, Inspector Albert entertained all of my questions, and explained in detail how the process works. Highly reccomend

I am from South Africa and I work in America season as a H2B. Over the 12 years on the H2B program I have been to a few medical center in America, for the last 3 years I have been going to watauga county medical center and the service I have reached every time I can not explain, exceptional is not enough. The staff and doctors at this medical center is the best I have ever seen. Not only do they care and good at their job but are also kind, humble and loving. Doctor Carrington Pertalion is one of the best doctor, she has help me so much I don't know how I will ever thank her. I am an H2B working in a country Club and we do not have insurance and get payed minimum wage so I can not afford some medical assistance but this medical center will not turn you away, they will help you get help and sign you in health programs that help people with low income. Most medical center in America is all about money, if you don't have money you never get help but watauga health center is all about health and wellness of people. Thank you everyone for making a difference in our lifes.
