The absolute worst! I’m actively looking for ANYWHERE else to go! They rarely call in my prescription refills in any kind of timely manner and have even told me they’re taking me off my meds because of a decision made by their new director. Not surprised one bit to see how low their score is here!

I can't praise enough how the WCHD conducted their COVID-19 vaccine clinics. Not only they were way earlier than other counties in allowing Group 5 to get it (often 3-4 weeks earlier than other counties), but the level of attention I got was exceptional. Everyone was extremely courteous and professional and the way the clinic was set up meant I got my shot both times with minimal to no wait times. Thank you to everyone involved in organizing and conducting the vaccine clinics at Rivers Edge.

Not exactly sure why the low review score from others. I was treated with the upmost respect from my care providers and she went out of her way to make sure I got the birth control I needed and wanted. She also made sure that when I come back for my follow up appointment that it's a quick easy appt by doing extra questions today and prepping my paperwork ahead of time. I recently lost my insurance and Kristie was so sweet and relatable. Definitely makes me feel like a patient and not a number.

They've always helped me of course all the bad comments are about waiting because the world is so impatient they got so many better things to do that to check on their health

Been trying to work on my dieting. Because of my weight my knees and ankles have been getting injured. Athleticism used to be a strong suit and I had to beat off girls with a stick. Then I got in a rut and the weight piled on. The girls that looked at me then were very meaty and made me uncomfortable the way they’d stare. It was like I was the last pork chop in a BBQ potluck. Then I met Stacy. She told me my ketomines weren’t ketosiscizing. She got me off the junk food like pickled pigsfeet, ham hocks braised in Coca Cola and molasses, chitlins stuffed with mac n cheese, and deep fried butter balls. It’s hard because writing that made me hungry. Anyway, she put me on a strict diet and guess what? I started seeing results. It took a year and now I can dance with the ladies. The nice ones, not the ones that stare at me. Well, I have two baby mommas now but it so great to be where I was. Thank you Stacy.
