I’ve been going to this practice for almost 9 years now. When I first started going the doctors were amazing and always helped anyway that they could! They even called and checked in on you if you had a procedure done or were ill. Over the years doctors have come and gone. Currently there is no “MD” doctors in this practice. They only have “DOs”, and PAs. I do have some serious illnesses that require certain medications. This practice is not providing that to me. I now see why they have a “3” star rating. They are going down hill quickly. All they do is, send you to different practices (pain clinic) or ect. That is not how this should be done. I shouldn’t have to see multiple doctors when one doctor should provide what I need. I will definitely be looking into a new practice here soon. If you want a good doctor, STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE IN KITTANNING!!

I had the worst experience I ever had with this facility. The nurses were yelling at me.over the phone and wouldn't let me talk to the doctor. They cancelled an appointment that I had to see one of their doctors at 315 and the appoinment was for 330. They acused me of drug seeking and diagnosed my pain without seeing me or letting me talk to a doctor. They are very negligent and they are rude and uncaring. I called my health insurance and filled ba grievance and changed bmy PCP. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

Is a joke and does not care about anyone's health rather than make themselves look better after making a mistake. Hiring simple minded new nurse practitioners one of them named KenzieOberdorf She put it in my report that I don't abide by 3 months visit when they've been scheduling me for 6 months visits.(screen shots to prove) And then she lied to me while I was in the office told me.I was signing a paper because I had one no show 4 years ago and if I had another 1 I would be dismissed from their practice which was as well a lie.This is the third time they told me this so then started going to a new doctor's office Canceled my appointments with kittanning a month ago and they informed my insurance company today they are declining my services for the lying and their records clearly showed I had a medical marijuana card. So bottom line , they are trying to make me look bad as my insurance companies going to be paying to fix 3 incisional hernia's they gave me four years ago. Do yourself a favor drive that extra few miles and don't go to Kittanning

STAY AWAY!!! The reviews speak for itself on this place. They have the most disrespectful staff. You can tell they’re all miserable in their own lives by their customer service. You chose a job where you have to pick up the phone, the least you can do is attempt to sound pleasant. They should really take some trainings on how to talk to people because wow, are we angry 5 year old children?

I love my doctor, Dustin DeFrancisis. He is very patient and attentive. He resolved a urinary issue I was having, even though the Urologist failed to do so. I highly recommend him. My experience with other staff in the office has always been pleasant. Also, after a recent hospital visit, they called me to check and see how things are going and scheduled a follow up appointment. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews because I have had phenomenal care here.
