Vercillo is incompetent If he's no longer the judge then meh... this was still my experience. As a child myother was physically, verbally, and in other even more twisted ways abusive. This cam to an end finally when I was put into foster care. I want moved for my safety, u was moved because this horrible abusive woman lied to the police on multiple occasions saying that I attacked her when literally all I did was block her punched and slaps. The last time I was convicted dishonorable Damian J Vercillo found me guilty Statung that since I didn't try to escape I couldn't claim self defense. This precedent of law isnt made to use against the victim, but that's what this incompetent joke of a judge did. I didn't hurt her I didn't even leave a mark on her backed up against a wall with nowhere to go all I did was push her hands away. Now it's not Vercillo's fault that the bumbling morons at the ashland county sheriff's department dilecided to arrest me, but when someone who stands 5 11 and can bench 250 pounds stops someone from assaulting them by using the least amount of force possible, that person shouldn't have to worry about Incarceration. I will state again it's not this simpering twit Vercillo's fault I was arrested, but it is most definitely his fault that he made a mockery of the justice system that day and convicted an innocent abuse victim who only defended himself.
