I was in today and want to compliment the staff working on a day which feels like it should be a holiday. Kandy in the front was upbeat and got me to the back quickly. The RN who administered my injection was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Appointment at 2 sat in the waiting room and hour for nothing but to reschedule because they were calling people back that was there after me. Babies don't want to be stuck in a waiting room for hours

Wic department is nice, but when I call about anything else, they don't return my phone call. Called 2 days in a row and they transferred me to a different answering machine both times. Neither of which has returned my call. Also, there is incorrect information on their website about the number to call to schedule a car seat installation check.

There were extremely rude ladies who treated me like I didn’t know anything just because I’m a new mom of twins. Just some how, no matter when I call the office NO ONE ANSWERS, and it didn’t matter how many times I called during the open hours. I’ve been trying to reschedule an appointment for three days and yet no one can pick up a phone? RIDICULOUS. the even more sad and ridiculous part is, I still have to go through them even with these issues.

Literally the worse wic office I’ve ever had to deal with. When I stayed in gallon they would NEVER just not fill her wic card for the month due to a missed appointment. To get ahold of someone I’ve had to literally call days on end before and they prioritize the WRONG things at this office. The woman who works in the back that you do the check ups with is sweet and kind while everyone else here should be fired/unemployed for their careless acts and unwillingness to actually help anyone in a predicament. Literally deactivated my daughters card RIGHT after the holidays.
