I’m military and being stationed in England with my husband. I have to have my passport completed before May. I have tried to go here multiple times and have been turned away every single time. I would fix the paperwork they said to fix and then return with everything exactly like they said. They were extremely rude and not helpful, I felt as if I was being ganged up on by the group of girls there, just because I went through a third party application. I would never recommend this to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. Extremely rude.

We went to get my nieces first passport at this office and rude doesn’t even come close to the people in that office. We were greeted with “what do you need”? The First visit at 3:05pm ended with us having to make the photo smaller so we left and went back. Different lady this time at 3:40 and she was hesitant about starting the process. She proceeded to say that she didn’t think there was enough time. Even though their hours say 1-4pm for passport applications. And then she looked at the 2x2 picture and said “where did you get this”? I said I took it. She said “we can’t take this, you have to go to Bandera Signs”. Well That’s a lie. I did mine and my husbands pics several years ago and didn’t have any issues. I took the picture and told her that was wrong and we would go some place else. Her response was “ok, bye”. These ladies are rude to the max. Absolutely no reason for that level of rudeness in a County office.
