New changes really slow down any activity here - rather than separate offices, everything is through a central ticket system where they run only a couple windows. So now expect to lose an hour no matter your task.

Jen is absolutely amazing and made everything very simple and easy to get my car registered! Thank you!

How is the working man supposed to get a vehicle registered for first time with such accommodating hours? Suppose use one of my few vacation days instead of spend it with family. What happened to the Saturdays until noon? Atleast then I could jam in there like sardines with the rest of the working class, waste one of the two days im free per week and hope to god I get seen before told to come back next week. Hopefully when I get pulled over again the cop is as understanding as the last. How about we some of our tax dollars to make hours feasible for the people that pay your salaries.

Why am I waiting in a 10 person line while I’m watching Angie the customer service clerk put her grocery order together for hannaford… What a waste of tax dollars Someone please do something

There is zero privacy in this building. We must all come up to a window in a waiting area to discuss all of our personal information. This is terribly disturbing.
