Called 3-4x and no answer but went to voicemail which is full. I finally got a hold of someone who had no idea what I was asking for (Infant Hearing Screen), then she put me on hold for 6min then put me through to her voicemail without tellinging me which means I couldn't even leave a message. It would appear someone needs to be fired... Typical .gov doing what they do best. We pay for this crap, people...

This is by far my favorite WIC office. I would gladly travel out of my way just to come here because the staff is truly amazing. Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, patient, and helpful. They take the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and make every visit a positive experience. It’s rare to find a place where you genuinely feel cared about, but that’s exactly how I feel every time I come here. The staff goes above and beyond for the families they serve, and their compassion really shows. Thank you all for the wonderful service and support you provide.
